Viscoelastic Mattress

Viscoelastic MattressAn alternative to memory foam mattresses?

I have a memory foam mattress that really helps my pain of fibromyalgia. VF is very supportive and adapted to the contours as it responds to body heat. It gets really hot in the winter, which is good. Problem: It also gets very hot in summer, which is bad. Right about this time of year I turn to a regular mattress, which is cooler but not enough to support, and I know I can expect to wake up stiff on it, unlike before train, but steamed on whatever side I slept on, and dazed with heat. I wonder if there is a better way ...

Does anyone know a kind of mattress that is very favorable, but do not heat with the heat of the sleeper's body?

Consider Talalay latex with a wool fleece.

An air mattress or water bed would be warm without support. Sleeping in a heated situation is not good for you that's causing dehydration which will increase the pain of fibromyalgia.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight each day.
