Speech Problems In Children

My daughter has been delayed a bit by saying that his s L ', V, Th and I told her kindergarten teacher, speech therapist and he said to check back in the middle of the first year . This is where it is today if the timing is pretty good.

On his last visit to a dentist, said she was pushing her tongue during swallowing, and put a camera in her mouth to help avoid the need braces later. He seems to have made his speech model worse than having it in his mouth.

When I search on the 'Net, it seems that this problem usually affects the S and Z, which it has no apparent problem with.

In your opinion are the two neighbors? My concern is this is not going to correct itself without treatment to go with the camera, but maybe I am wrong.

. I wish I had a little more before opion to do anything in her mouth. it may not need and is expensive. My daughter's middle was a booster of the language. she did not need any device. or a dental procedure. Even if she had braces to straighten teeth. She had speech therapy at school from 1st grade to 5th grade. She now speaks prefect. and you never know she had a problem

How is your daughter now. I have a 4 year around is about to start speech therapy, she made a lot of tongue thrust. Report Abuse
