Pinworms are common in children, the cure is widely available, it is easy to give chocolate milk. You can test for pinworms two ways, I am aware. You sneak in their sleep, place a piece of tape near the rectum and pull it off. Take the doc or look through a microscope to see if they exist ... or simply to all children and call it good. I woud do it. I have done. Common signs, sleepwalking, night crying, to name two. other bugs, I'm not sure.
