Nursery Theme

Nursery ThemeNursery Theme?

I'm having a little boy in late June and I decided that I want the nursery to be full of bright colors and bold. Does anyone have ideas on what could be the theme? I'll have to rebuild things rather than buying "on the theme bedding sets" because they are out of my price range. I'm looking for reasons mostly involving red, black and white.

What is a geometric theme. You could include all the bright colors of your choice ... and maybe make a picture on the wall with all the colors of circles ... ... triangles, squares .... rectang ... Not only will it be colorful ... . but education!

If the bedding sets are themed to your price range, you should try to look on Ebay. You can find new and used games on site and if you agree you could get used to perhaps find everything in an auction. Ive seen auctions which include everything from curtains and bed unit for all lamps in a corresponding package. So look out there and you can find what you're looking for staying within your budget. Good luck!

Our son is also due to (early) June and the theme of the nursery for us, "under the sea." No child pastel version you see in stores baby, but the real bright colors and bold you would see in the ocean.

Regarding prices on bed sets go, yes, they were shocking ... everything that has been anywhere near specific theme was astronomical. So instead, my wife went and bought the fabric and endorsed. ha!

The one I expected when I was a boy with a safari animal theme clouds, sun, moon and stars. Walmart has these sets, you can buy to make a cot quilt, then the fabric to make matching accessories ... Bumper pad, holder of layers, etc. I do not sew, so I had my mother and my aunt's husband help me. Then I planned to have my step-sister, brother-in to animal prints to the framework that mimicked the animals of the duvet. Also you can go on Ebay and choose a set up for much less in stores baby or you can try looking at garage sales. Another idea for a theme I really like are sailboats and lighthouses. Also Teddy is cute. Maybe you could choose a wallpaper border that you like and work on a theme from there?

Congratulations on the baby .. I myself am due early in July, also expects a boy. I understand perfectly, prices are rediculas. but if you go with these colors (red white blackand) maybe you should try to fire trucks or themes elphabet. ive seen stuff really adorable / crib bedding Afordable Burlington coat factory (Deposit baby). I do not know if that MOPS is near where you are, but you can visit the website perhaps? www.burlingtoncoatfactory.com
Good luck in your search and congratulations again.

I have my son's bedroom in the jungle theme ... I first used the mural jungle that I bought from www.tatouagedesigns.com then I used the bedding and curtains plain ... with bold bright colors of the mural, I could buy cheap bedding and decor for the nursery all ... it looks like something from a magazine. My son is now 19 months old, and he loves his room! I think this theme will remain with him for some time.

Try not to yellow !!!!!!
