New Baby Wine Gift Baskets

My sister is having a baby in November and I expect a Christmas present now. I will make him a basket full of things to celebrate her. I want to fill it with things she can not have enjoyed during her pregnancy. Like a gift card for coffee, wine, a day spa with hot tub (she likes hot tubs and could not go to one of our last cruise) things like that! Any suggestions on a great gift for Mom? Of course, I'm also going to spoil my new nephew too!

Maybe you can make a gift certificate for you to keep the children if she and her husband can go out one night when the baby is a little more.
(Most likley she will not do so before 3 or 4 months).
