Question # 2: How can I get a new copy of assembly instructions for Tikes bed?
If you're like me you usually always lose all the instructions you get with any product. Sometimes, you just throw them believe that you will not need them after the installation of the bed Little Tikes you have purchased. Years later if you need spare parts or move and need to go back in bed, you do not have all the installation instructions.

Fortunately, you can print another copy from the site of Little Tikes. If you go to (www.LittleTikes.com) and the box under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the page under "Download Instructions" are all listed here by searching for them or by clicking the arrow down.

Question # 3: How can I spare parts for my Little Tikes bed?
You know that you will eventually need replacement parts for your bed because we all know how kids can be rough and sometimes even if you move, you can forget or misplace the pieces. Of course, the parts will be different for your bed or twin bed child. Simply call the new company Little Tikes (their number is above) and get the parts sent to you. Depending on the age of your bed you can even Little Tikes have to pay shipping on them.

Question # 4: How do I know what new products come out?
Generally, this applies only to very large Little Tikes fans. Just go to their site and encourage them to send you a copy of their free catalog, email them at: (consumer.service @ littletikes.com) or call (toll free): 1-866 -416-4217 (select option 1).

They have two modes of delivery at the moment:
