I just bought a metal tube bunk bed for my grandchildren at IKEA. I chose this one because they are boys and I know that they will think it is a jungle gym in a few years. I chose by walking and shaking all the bunk beds. It would not tremble. I is a dull gray, very spartan. If you wish, you can paint with any color rustolium for a more aesthetic appearance. You can try IKEA. I bought a bunk bed, like 6 years ago for my nieces and it is in pretty good shape. Good luck finding one!
