Hello, I feel your concerns. I have food allergies and it is scary to eat out, sometimes because you do not know what they cook with.

Fortunately, all the restaurants in Disney are very accommodating with regard to food allergies. Let them know 24 hours in advance, and then again when you get there before you sit down. If you want to be really sure to tell your waitress too.
