Baby Summer Dresses

I wear black tights under, because the dress is very, very short. Any suggestions on what shoes to wear? I prefer not to wear heels because I'm going shopping for there to be a lot of walking involved.
In addition, suggestions for accessories? I was thinking of a cash award sequined scarf ..

At first I was going to say try to match the shoes to the dress, but with colored top and bottom with a dark between the two, which can get funny. Go for some shiney black flats (good for shopping and walking). Finish with silver jewelry to attach to the purse. Here are some ideas:

for accessories, I wouldnt wear a sequined bag thats a bit sixth year. but you can wear like a bag of money metalalic! and maybe a long necklace earrings cute, a little silver, black, white, or blue wristband, and a few chunky rings NOT

Ok first apartment wearing plain blue and then wear bracelets on your hands and pieces braclets and necklaces. Also wear big earrings and do not use the money that money does not! Use a black curly gold hobo purse and if you have long hair let down and then curl it and wear a blue headband, you'll look fabulous!
